The estate and the holm oaks
Seventy hectares of dehesa in the Montes de Toledo, inside the buffer zone of Cabañeros National Park. Centuries-old holm oaks, the sierra behind, and cranes in winter.
Timber cabins
Twelve square metres of wood among the trees, with a queen bed and a fitted kitchen. You only see them once you are standing next to them.
Mirror Houses
Twenty-five square metres behind a mirrored façade: the house gives the holm oaks back instead of interrupting them. King bed and a window wall onto the sierra.
Private hot tub and sauna
A Nordic hot tub on the terrace, wood-fired from 2 October to 31 May, and a private sauna in the units that include one.
The pools
A 100 m² saltwater infinity pool, shared and open 24 hours all year round, plus the private pools of the Mirror House Villa.
The horses and the night
A herd lives loose across the estate. And once the lights go down, Cork Valley is a certified Starlight Tourist Destination.
