Choose where to sleep
Each one stands on its own, with no neighbours in sight and its own terrace. The prices below are the starting point per night; they move with the date.
What every one of the six includes
What changes is the size, the material and whether there is a hot tub. Everything else is the same in all of them, and none of it is charged separately.
A kitchen that works
A small kitchen with everything you need to make dinner without going out. Water, milk and juice are waiting in the fridge, along with coffee, oil, vinegar and salt. For one or two nights you do not need to buy a thing.
A full bathroom
Your own bathroom inside the unit, with hot water and welcome products. No shared bathrooms and no half-finished pods.
Independent heating and cooling
Heating and air conditioning you control from inside, in summer and in winter. In the Montes de Toledo the nights cool down even in August.
A terrace with no neighbours
Every unit has its own outdoor space facing the countryside. The distance between units is set so that you neither see nor hear the one next door.
WiFi across the estate
Enough connection to work if you need to. If you are coming to work remotely for a while, ask us about the long-stay rate.

That is the ceiling. The estate never fills up with people because it cannot: fifteen units spread across seventy hectares leave everyone plenty of room.

The accommodation is only half of it. The other half is what is outside when you open the door.
Horses roaming free
They live loose on the estate and come over by themselves. It is what comes up most in the reviews: having breakfast while one of them leans over the railing is not something you forget.
Saltwater pool
No chlorine, and an infinity edge over the valley. There is also a pool for dogs, open all year round.
Starlight skies
Cork Valley is a certified Starlight Destination because of how little light pollution there is here. On a dark night you can pick out the Milky Way with the naked eye.
Holm oak and cork oak
Holm oaks, cork oaks and Mediterranean woodland in the Montes de Toledo, with Cabaneros National Park next door for anyone who wants to walk.
Powered by the sun
The estate runs entirely on photovoltaic energy, without guests noticing any limitation at all.
Dogs welcome
Every unit takes pets. A welcome bed and bowl, a pool of their own and plenty of room to run.

Questions we get asked
Which one should I pick if it’s my first time?
The timber cabin is the way in: the most contained in price and the one that best sums up the estate. If the trip is a celebration, a mirror house with a private hot tub changes the experience quite a bit.
Can we come with children?
No. Cork Valley is adults only across the whole estate, including the pool and the shared areas. It is one of the reasons so many guests come back.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, in any of the fifteen stays. There is a supplement of €15 per night in the cabins and €25 in the mirror houses, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay; if you are travelling with more than two, get in touch and we will look at each case individually. We leave a bed and a bowl for them, and they have their own pool on the estate.
How many nights do you recommend?
Two at the very least. The first goes on arriving and getting used to the silence; the second is the one people remember. To really switch off, three.
What is there to do nearby?
Toledo is 59 km away and the Cabañeros National Park starts right next door, with waymarked routes leaving from the area. There are guides to each of them on the site.
