This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones corkvalley.esuses, for what purpose, and how you can manage them or withdraw your consent at any time.

It is issued in compliance with article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), in line with the guidance on the use of cookies issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

2. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It lets the site remember information about your visit — such as your language, your privacy preferences or whether you have already started a booking — so that next time the site works better and is more useful.

Alongside cookies we use other equivalent storage technologies (localStorage y sessionStorage), which are governed by this same policy.

3.1. Strictly necessary or technical cookies

These are essential for the website to work and to provide the service you request. They do not require your consent, in accordance with article 22.2 LSSI-CE.

3.2. Analytics cookies

These require your consent. They let us understand how the site is used, in aggregate, in order to improve it: which pages are visited, how long people stay on them and where visits come from.

Measurement is deployed through Google Tag Manager, which does not install cookies by itself: it simply fires the tags you authorise.

3.3. Advertising and personalisation cookies

These require your consent. They allow us to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and to show relevant ads.

4. Prior consent and Consent Mode

The first time you arrive you will see a panel where you can accept, reject o configure cookies by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and does not limit access to any content or to the ability to book.

Until you decide, we apply Google Consent Mode v2 with every category denied by default: no analytics or advertising cookie is installed, and Google’s tools only receive anonymous signals with no identifiers. Only security storage remains active.

5. How to change or withdraw your decision

You can change your preferences at any time, with the same effort it took to give them:

6. International transfers

Analytics and advertising cookies are managed by Google Ireland Limited, which may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers are covered by the Data Privacy Framework EU-US and, in the alternative, by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@corkvalley.es. There is more information in our Privacy Policy and you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated when the cookies used or the applicable rules change. We recommend that you review it periodically.
