The idea
Can you picture a second home in a spectacular setting? It is possible now: a place to switch off in the middle of nature that, when you are not using it, earns you an income through our experience running distinctive accommodation.
It is yours. You use it when you want. The rest of the time it works.
Where it would be
On the Cork Valley estate: 70 private hectares in Hontanar, in the Montes de Toledo, 130 km from Madrid and 59 km from Toledo.
Holm oak woodland, horses roaming free, a saltwater infinity pool above the valley and a sky certified as a Starlight Tourist Destination. There is no large town anywhere near.
What Cork Valley brings
- The whole operation. Bookings, cleaning, maintenance and guest care, exactly as we do for the rest of the estate.
- The sales channels. Our own booking engine and the channels we already work with, with nothing for you to set up.
