Pet friendly means a lot of things. Here it means this.
In many places that accept dogs, the dog does not come up to the room, does not go into the common areas and does not go near the water. You end up spending your holiday keeping an eye on him instead of enjoying it with him.

Cork Valley only takes guests aged 16 and over. For a nervous dog, or simply one that prefers calm, that changes the whole stay: nobody is going to run after him, nobody is going to shout in the pool, nobody is going to try to stroke him without asking.

The conditions, before you book
We would rather you knew them now than on arrival. There are only a few and every one has a reason.

Your dog cannot be left alone in the unit — it is the one rule that can shape your day. That is why we have a day care service: €6 an hour, up to a maximum of three hours.
So you can do the e-bike route, the karts or a workshop without shutting him in or giving up the plan. You book it on arrival, or beforehand if you already know what you want to do.

€15 per pet per night in the timber cabins and €25 in the Mirror Houses, paid at the property. If you stay several nights we apply a discount on the supplement; write to us with your dates and we will tell you the exact amount.
No, under no circumstances. A dog left alone somewhere unfamiliar can get anxious or react territorially if our staff come in. For the hours when he cannot come with you we have a day care service, at €6 an hour and up to three hours.
Up to two per unit. If you need to bring more, write to us before booking and we will look at it.
Yes, one year. If your dog is younger, ask us before booking.
There is no size or weight limit. If your dog belongs to a breed legally classed in Spain as potentially dangerous (PPP), we need a copy of your current third-party liability insurance and the corresponding legal rules apply. We are happy to have them.
Yes, in the section of the pool reserved for pets. The section for people is for guests only.
Yes, as long as he comes when called, first time. On arrival we ask that he stays on the lead until he settles in.
