Date change more than 30 days before arrival: €30 fee. If the new rate is higher, you pay the difference; if it is lower, the difference is not refunded.
Date change less than 30 days before arrival: only allowed if the original dates are rebooked, with a €30 fee. If they are not rebooked, you receive a voucher for one extra free night on a future stay with the same number of nights. That night is not valid on Fridays, Saturdays or the eve of public holidays.
Cancellation or no-show: 100% of the booking amount is lost. For bookings paid in 2 instalments, the second payment is still charged.
